What You’ll Do

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Who You Are

  • University graduated, from 24 years old
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience or telesales in the education industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experienced with CRMs (ideally Salesforce)
  • The ability to identify potential issues, address client concerns, and provide solutions that meet both the client’s needs and the company’s objectives.
  • Work independently and need to be self-driven to prospect, follow up, and close deals.
